Good eggs is a fantastic read and you will not want to put this book down. Each chapter is based on a member of the family either Millie the petty thief gran, Kevin the dad who has lost his job and become the house husband and Aideen the daughter who is trouble and troubled.
This is set in Ireland in a small town but ends America on a crazy journey for Aideen and Millie. After causing too much trouble for the family Aideen gets sent away to a strict boarding school, which she instantly hates and gets mixed up with another troubled student and they end up nearly killing a teacher. Sensing she is going to get expelled she runs away.
Millie has been caught stealing one too many times that Kevin gets a career to help keep her stay out of trouble but is the career all she seems. After discovering she has been fooled by Sylvia she intends to track her down even if that means going to America and taking Aideen with her. You will love this book
