The book cover immediately made me want to read the book at first. I also really love books about quirky families so it's definitely my type of book. It's not you usual type of book it's a funny, disaster sort of book which I really love.
However, there are a few things about the book that slightly throw me off. The first is about how the writer uses a lot of complicated vocabulary in their writing which makes the book probably more for older readers. Another thing is that there's so much going on in the novel that it confuses you a bit.
Other than that I absolutely would love reading this book! There's a lot of original and interesting characters and combinations of personalities which makes me want to read it even more. The book absolutely seems hilarious aswell with the gran in jail and troublesome Aideen - I can tell it's going to be a popular novel.
