Good Friday is a bloody brilliant book and was worth the wait. Dc Jane tennison was back and at her best, usual struggles at work with the male police characters and usual family issues. The plot is so realistic and believable and something we all have read about or seen on t.v. it was good to see Jane in her own flat and one of the surprising twists happened in the flat. Couldn't put the book down and was annoyed that I couldn't read it in one go.the characters are likeable and the police characters are believable, the book cover is bright and eye catching. It's a real page turner and I know that I will read it again. It surprised me at the end but then it did make sense. A great book.
