Fantastic doesn't quite cover it. I have been recommended Lynda previously so had a feeling i was on to a good one. This book is wonderfully descriptive. You can feel yourself there (helps that I know London)
It highlights the anxiety that everyone feels when new to a particular role or situation, and how easily mistakes can be made without even realising. It is heart-breaking that Jane thinks she has simply reacquainted herself with an old colleague and that she finally feels she has a girlfriend to talk to, just to find out she is being used because of her connections.
During the last few chapters I was on the edge of my seat. I was hoping for certain things to have a particular outcome. I will definitely be seeking out more of her titles!
