Are you gripped already?!
The third book in the series, a little slower to start than the other two books but it soon picks up pace and the author really throws you and the characters into the thick of it!!
I was hoping by the third book that Jane Tennison would have grown an but emotionally. I’m not sure if it’s the whole ‘working in a man’s world’ but she’s still a bit nieve, after everything that has happened to her and others around her I thought we might have got past that part (this is my only grumble, promise!).
In true La Plante style, once the action starts it’s non stop, I enjoyed the twists and turns and the new characters. I’m looking forward to seeing where the next book leads us (I’ve not seen the T.V. show so not sure where we go next other than Reading the blurb on the next book).
