So, this book to me had a lot of potentials. It had a lovely storyline if not a little poignant, great protagonist. However, I think for me it was a little on the nose in the sense that she (Grace) is trying to capture something that isn't there. I found it a little creepy, to be honest, and this is why I was unable to finish the story personally. The writing though was brilliant and the set up (background) was well fleshed out and I would still recommend it to others but it just wasn't for me. Maybe it just wasn't the right time for me and I will pick this up to read again at a later date since I actually loved the author's previous books! Like I said previously though, please do not be dismayed by my review because, the writing and the story where good. Just not for me is all.
