This book comes from a very intriguing concept but the execution doesn't feel wholly on par with it. Every page felt like I was being bombarded with information in a somewhat overwhelming way. And, whilst that may be simply the way Abi thinks, as a reader it was too much too fast. It felt a bit like exposition was being chucked at me.
