Emotional

I am always drawn to books where the characters go through an emotional journey. I have read A LOT of contemporary fiction with that kind of underlying plot, where the protagonist is going through some kind of grievance or pain. Sometimes it’s done badly and I find that I cannot connect with the protagonist, I can’t feel their grief or their emotions. Sometimes, it’s done exceptionally and I feel ever pain and hurt, every worry. This book is the latter.
This book contains love, loss, friendship and lots of emotion and I felt every single emotion.
I felt every emotion that Abi went through, I was completely sucked in.
Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something to make you feel!
