After finishing this book I found myself in two minds. Firstly the short chapters really have me split - I like the fact that it is simple to read and easy to pick up read a bit and then put down, but I felt that the short chapters blocked any depth being added to the story.
I found the book quite reptitive at some points as it chapters would go flight school, self help book, current day and repeat. However, I found the way the chapters from the guidebook to be very pleasing and added to the flow of the book.
It was a very pleasant book to read but I felt that more could have happened or it could have been less dragged out. This is not to say that I didn't enjoy reading it, I feel that maybe it was just aimed at a different audience.
