I was intrigued to read this book as I've read many of Liane Moriarty's books but I hadn't a clue that one of her sisters was also an author.
I've got to say that I think I loved this book as much if not more than any of Liane's books.
It had a really quirky, kooky feel to it. The whole idea of the guidebook was so good, and all the different characters who joined together at Wilbur's meetings jumped out of the page - it felt a bit like Four Weddings and a Funeral.
It gave laughs/ tears and also food for thought. The main character's feelings about herself and how everything was her fault can really be empathised with. We all have these feelings and I loved how she went through all the self help books and one by one dismissed them for the nonsense that they generally are.
I would definitely read another of her books.
