Loved the cover picture on the book, you knew it was going to be set in War Times. The blurb on the back had me intregued and wanting to read more, but wish I'd left it there.
I really wasn't struck on the style of the writing and found it a little tiresome in places and not as exciting as I thought it would be.
I didn't like that there was the odd word in Russian, you would get that knowing they were speaking to Russians.
All in all uninspired to continue.
This maybe for some people but for me this is not a great spy novel at all
