Potentially starting off in a dull story where Joe is not having the best time he has been sent to promote Britain abroad, but Joe is an MI6 spy. He is used to action and adventure and its the 60's and he is promoting Britain abroad, it isn't his most fun time and so he seeks some adventure. An old friend Kostya appears to strike a deal to smuggle vodka into the Soviet Union but there seems to be much more to the story, when there seems to be cobalt mining which is use din creating casingd for an atomic bomb.
