I enjoyed reading this book, although it took me a while to get in to the story and took a while to get through the whole book.
It is a spy thriller and usually I would speed read through a book of this genre, but I found the style of writing and the general flow of writing quite difficult to follow to begin with.
It is also quite fast paced with a lot of 1960's culture references I didn't understand - although this did not prevent the overall enjoyment of the story.
It is set in the 1960's era and follows the protagonist, Wilderness through his interesting, but slightly bizarre career.
Overall I enjoyed this read, but I am not sure I would rush to read another by the same author. I would recommend this book to anyone with an interest in the 1960's ear.
