I have really enjoyed reading this book, thanks to Readers First for an advance copy.
This is not the sort of book I would usually pick up, so I'm really glad I got a copy to read or I would have missed out. I was worried initially that as I hadn't read the previous books in this series I would feel like I was missing something, but not at all. It works perfectly well as a stand alone, although I am tempted to go back and read the two before now.
Joe Wilderness is an engaging lead character. As I've not read many spy novels I wasn't really sure what to expect, but this was a well paced, engaging book with lots to keep the pages turning.
I'd recommend this book to anyone who likes a good story, a really enjoyable read.
