I loved mixed media novels, and this is no exception, the podcast element of Hana Khan Carries On adds a beautiful layer to the story and intergrates so many great points and conversations to be discussed. As for the characters, they are instantly loveable and I cannot wait to see how the relationships evolve. There is already some elements of conflict which are always great to get the reader hooked, and by introducing them alongside such a lovable protagonist the stakes are already high. Perhaps the most brilliant aspect of this book in particular is the culinary element, all the descriptions of the food make my mouth water!
