I love the main character. She epitomises the average girl from a family with a strong cultural background whilst simultaneously incorporating aspects of her western life (like with her podcast). I really like that this alternative form of media has been talked about in the book, as it makes the Hana relatable. I am excited to read further because the book I am heavily invested in how the relationship between the characters will develop, but also because I want to see her thrive, as she wonderfully represents so many young Muslim women living in the western world. Can't wait to keep reading!
