I loved the cover of this book. The use of the character proudly wearing her hijab on such a bright, colourful cover definitely grabs your attention. I loved how the book started with the character introducing herself through her podcast and the use of text messages to explore the relationship between two characters was a unique and modern way to tell a story. Often authors shy away from writing about technology, but its inclusion helped the story feel fresh and relevant. The hint at an enemy to lovers story is very on-trend but this seems to be sitting up more fun and realistic look at it. I cannot wait to read more!
