keeping Stan a mystery instead of him giving himself away instantly gives the book suspence but knowing that he is willing to give up his identity whenever the MC is ready makes you want to keep reading to see if she will get the courage to get to know Stan more and maybe even meet him makes you want to keep reading but having the sub plots keeps the book intresting.
The writing style is clear and easy to understand but the writer also uses good vocabulary so you don't feel like you are reading a wattpad story. The writer has a way with words and a good sense of humour which keeps the mood of the book light while learning about her life and family. I also enjoy how were learning stuff about her personal life at the same pace as Stan with a few sneaky packs he doesn't get but that gives antipaction for when / if she will tell him and how he will take it !!!!
