I've recently just read A Man Called Ove and adored it, so was excited to read the preview for this.
Personally I think this has an entirely different feel than A Man Called Ove. It didn't seem as witty and I wasn't that drawn to the main character as I was with Ove. It seemed more bleak to me and it didn't really deliver that 'punch' I was hoping for, so I quickly lost interest.
Still seems intriguing and I can see this breaking hearts, but sadly this wasn't as funny as I was hoping.
