I am a massive fan of 'A Man Called Ove', and when I heard there was another book just like it I was chuffed.
Let's start with the cover.....
It's a lovely cover, I would pick the book up in a shop.
It's started off well....but by the middle of the book I felt like it was missing something. The story was sad, heart warming and you felt sympathy but it needed a bit more. He loved his wife dearly and my heart. The son story needed more. The ending......it picked up and that made me happy, as I was worried I'd feel let down but nope was good.
Overall, the book is good but nothing too spectacular. I enjoyed it and am glad I read it.
I've never come across the author before but I'd definitely give more books a go.
