As soon as I read the blurb I knew that I needed to read this book and the 'first look' only added to my desire to do so. There are plenty of questions already spinning around in my head; what happened between Beth and Flora all those years ago? Is there any hidden reason as to why Beth still thinks of their past friendship often enough to have looked up her street online? And, obviously, why 'haven't they grown?' The start of the book appeared to be pretty well written and I'm eager to learn more. The characters seem interesting although for now it's the spooky mystery that's attracting my attention the most.
