The book cover looks like most psychological thrillers out there at the moment but the blurb instantly takes a different turn - how can children who have not aged in 12 years be explained? I have a few ideas, some supernatural, some not. But what I found most interesting is that in the first impression our protagonist tells her family straight away and they all try to guess what the deal this - this kind of transparency and lack of sloooooow reveal was very refreshing and has made me intrigued enough to use my points on getting a copy of this book. If the first few chapters already 'expose' the problem - then we have a whole book worth of finding out the truth!
