Oh boy, I truly didn’t see that coming ! When I read the blurb on the back I thought it sounded interesting and quite intriguing. At first I thought the story was a little unbelievable. Could someone really become so obsessed with something she saw that it takes over her whole life ? Turns out the answer is yes. Beth pulls in not only her husband but her children too. Then police and school officials to name a few.
The story takes a while to hook you in, it’s a little bit stretched out and far fetched but if you persevere it’s worth it. There’s a little story in the middle of the main story involving Beth’s daughter Zannah. Don’t pay too much attention to it as it really doesn’t have anything to do with the main story.
