Havent they grown, the story of a woman convinced her ex best friends children haven't aged, sounded like my perfect psychological thriller. It wasn't.

This thriller was intriguing and I did read it in one sitting as I wanted to find out all the secrets however when I did I was dissapointed.

To me, it felt like the author had made a lot of things happen purely to push the plot along for conveniences sake. There were reveals that didn't make sense and seemed to come out of absolutely nowhere. Unexpected twists can be done well and are the mark of a good thriller however these seemed to not be very well thought out.

I despised pretty much every character which made it hard for me to connect to the story in any way.

I will read more from this author but she won't be rising to the top of my list.
