I was expecting great things for this book and it did not disappoint. This book physically made me shiver! I was on the edge of my seat and just couldn’t put the book down- I needed to know why happened. This takes a lot for me to get into a book so much so this really was something special.
‘Twelve years have passed. The children don’t look a year older. Why?’ That’s all what was needed to pull me in. The amount of twists and turns in this book kept me wanting to read on and I saw a review that said ‘this book will give you sleep deprivation’ and I really see why. It was so addicting! It didn’t quite get a five stars from me was the ‘answer’ kept changing and I found it hard in the end to understand exactly what the truth was. However, this book was a lot of fun and definitely one of my favourite books of the year so far! I would recommend this to anyone who loves a thriller
