Clare & Josephine's stories are intertwined but both different & enjoyable.
I particularly enjoyed Clare's story - a 10 year old's innocent reflections on her life with her younger brother and mother (Dad didn't feature in first chapter).
Josephine's story is set longer ago but I know it will lead into Clare's and try & explain why Josephine behaves like she does
