This was an interesting read and hard to read in parts.
The book is abouf Josephine leaving her home in Ireland and going to London. She has to return to Ireland when her mother us dying.
There are a lot of secrets and mother and daughter are taking this journey together.
The book writes from both points of view (Josephine-mum and Clare-daughter). Sometimes this can be difficult to read but the author did a really good job.
This book was an easy read as the chapters were short. The book was a real page turner as i wanted to know what could happen next.
I found this book difficult at times but that is because you always want a happy ending. I won't spoil the ending.
