I'm hooked already, what a great opening. I read and adored the first book in this series, and so when I saw there was to be another I couldn't be more delighted. These characters are wonderful, and of course the setting is iconic! This is the sort of middle grade I love to read, and would happily recommend to any reader of the target age with an interest in history and adventure.
