This is the second book in the series that we read. I must say it was and exciting read and we enjoyed going through the wartime story.
Story revolves around Ned and his mum who movedto Wales. Ned's mum is involved in a secret mission to secretly move the precious art war at safe place until war is over. They moved to small quarry village and somehow their secret is revealed. Villagers are blaming them to bring danger to the village. This cause more trouble to the already a difficult job. Ned tried to help his mum with the mission. Ned has good group of friends who can help him to accomplish the mission. Is Ned going to be successful in his venture or will he face more difficulties? This novel has many cliffhangers and the story keeps the reader fully absorbed in the book. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
