I think this book is more aimed for a younger audience & teens. The book had great descriptions to set the scenes. I also love that it includes culture & art. I think it’s a great book for its target audience and is very informative on topics. It was an easy read that I think can enjoyed by all with an exciting storyline that is easy to follow. I liked the characters throughout the book, especially Anni & the character development of Harri and his relationship with Ned. Kip, the guide dog, was definitely a favourite and a constant joy and support for all the characters through the storyline. I have not read the first book but feel you can understand this book as a standalone book but there are references to the first book throughout. The book ended abruptly without questions being answered & I believe there will be a third book in this series.
