I was interested in reading this book after reading the description, but wasn't grabbed by the first impression. After an explosive start with Steve ending up being beaten to death whilst looking for his son Liam, the subsequent chapters in this excerpt veered into mundaneness. I wasn't really grabbed by this story. I don't really like the cover either - it is just at bit bland.
