When I first read the description of this book I was really intrigued, as it really sounds like an interesting book that would be filled with things going on centring around family and disaster. When I read the first impressions of this book I definitely felt like I needed to read more. The writing is straight to the point in the beginning, setting us up for the main story. There is a big event at the very beginning which is what the story would focus around.
