Well.... what can I say about this one!
Let’s start with the front cover - it’s simplistic but really meaningful and intriguing at the same time. The smashes are clearly metaphorically the damage caused to the family and the hearts that are broken.
I literally could not put this book down! I’ve never read a Susan Lewis one before and oh my god what a book to start with! It was full of so many twists and turns and I really could not predict that ending! Some ending! Some beginning though as well! I was literally hooked right from the very first page too and that’s what I really love about a book. I would def recommend it and I would def be looking into more Susan Lewis books again.
