Unfortunately the write up made this book look so appealing but unfortunately I gave up just past half way as I found this book took a while to really get going and it didn't really do much to keep my interest.
I felt that the end of the book was going to be where all the action was but I just really couldn't keep going.
I kind of found myself feeling for Angie the main character but I just felt this book was slightly predictable with no twists or turns along the way.
I loved the front cover and I was instantly drawn to it as I think it gave the reader an impression of family drama, upset and as the title says home truths, such a great book title.
I have never read a book by this author but I won't let this book put me off, I would try another if her books in the future.
