This book relate to situations that are in the news and people of 2019. For example when she finds that her youngest son is playing with a needle that belongs to her eldest son. It has become common knowledge that a lot of young people are experimenting with drugs, which is leading to some loosing their lives or going on to hard drugs which then they come addicted to.
