Brave and defiant are my two initial observations of Shamiso. The initial chapters flow quickly and are easy to read. I am intrigued to find out how Shamiso gets on in the new school. I also wonder what is Tanyaradzwa's story and why does she seems to be a bit of an outcast/loner. I'm not overly keen on the cover of the book, but from the first impression, I'd definitely read it.
