The front cover is appealing to the eye, vibrant, bold and yet straight to the point. This gives me the impression that the story is the same. I am always interested in diverse books written by authors of a different origin than me, I thoroughly enjoy learning about new cultures and ethnic customs, something I will expect from this novel! It appears to be a story of hope and friendship, alongside with dealing with grief in the darkest of times. I am really keen in finding out how Shamiso and Tanyaradzwa's friendship forms and how it develops despite their unfortunate circumstances!
