This was quite a quick read and the chapters were short, it’s a story about shamiso who moves from England to Zimbabwe as her dad has a car accident. Her dad was a journalist which would tell the truth about ministers. Shamiso starts a new school in Zimbabwe and finds it hard to settle she makes friend with a girl who has cancer and does not want to go through the pain of losing another loved one. This book focuses a lot on political opinions and how people deal with these, grief of losing someone close, the quotes from Tanyaradzwa give it time and once the pain isn’t all you feel you will start to see it too no things are not the way they should be they will not go back to how they were before, but it will be better than it is now and the other one hope is our only wing out a stormy gale.
