A little while ago I bought the third book in this series without realising it was the third book in the series, so I've been slowly making my way through the first two and I must say that this one was not what I was expecting.
I didn't guess who the killer was but I did guess the motive for the murders. Wanting to get back and the person who hurt them.
I didn't enjoy this book as much as the first in the series, as I feel like the writing of the killer was off slightly. The speech patterns didn't fit up with the killer, so without giving anything away, I was slightly disappointed in the book.
I listened to this audiobook over the course of two days, and it was a perfect read for having on in the background whilst you're busy doing something with your hands (in my case making clay snails) so it doesn't require your full attention which was nice. I'm not a big fan of audiobooks that you need to pay a dreadful amount of attention.
