This book sounds very interesting. It sounds like a more adult version of brave, the disney film, set in a contemporary setting.
Hope the book has deep plot lines and rich characters, the first impression is that it does, but the mid point of a book usually is the point in which an author gives up. I hope this is not the case, and I am sure it is not, for this author as the characters and plot are all there.
Cover looks nice, a bit plain but nothing wrong with that, as it fits the context brilliantly.
