Two ladies Jo and Tessa through circumstances are forced to live together.
Jo is taking over her parents butcher shop when they retire and Tessa a farrier both have different ideas and experiences of the local community yet both end up looking themselves in the eye and being honest enough to reconsider both their identities and what the word home means to them both.
This to me sounds like a touching, sentimental read of life in a small town community when you are a little different to the rest.
The characters are diverse yet equally fascinating as both hold
Secrets from their pasts.
Great blurb makes me want to read more.
