The premise of this novel has me intrigued. As someone who lives in a rural area I am fascinated by the idea of people discovering their personal identities in their home town. I want to know more about Jo and Tessa. What has bought Tessa back, what is she keeping a secret? How did they end up living together and how does life play out for them? This book has compelled me because I can’t tell if it’ll be lighthearted or full of drama. I want to know more! Rediscovering yourself and what ‘home’ is, is so deep and complex. I feel this novel could be very moving.
