Finding your place of belonging is the central theme of this book, whether it means realising that your old place of belonging is no longer where you belong or discovering a new one. It really resonated with me since, like everyone else on the globe, I have occasionally felt as though I don't belong here.
It's quite appropriate that I felt prompted to write this review on the eve of my move and wondered, "Will I feel at home in my new home?" The tale centres on two women. Tessa has very different ideas about the sane community from Jo, who was raised in the Forest of Dean and is well-versed in community and what it means to be a part of one. The two ladies are forced to work out their identities and what home means after being thrust together. This book is so carefully written, and it presents such a life-inspiring tale. Such a heartfelt, considerate, and moving book. I was completely engrossed in Tessa and Jo's stories and inspired by the courage they both displayed. Any reader who picks up this book will undoubtedly connect with this story. I totally adored it, and I came away feeling
