I knew this book would be a good one from the outset due to the mention of ‘How To Kill Your Family’. The ‘everyday’ scenarios, with a dash of murder thrown in are evil-yet-humorous. I enjoyed the relevant, modern-day references (Mrs Hinch especially!) Katy Brent has a way with words and Kitty is a great character, I can’t wait to read more!

The cover with its bright colours and simple yet enticing imagery definitely add to the appeal!
