The brilliantly striking cover is actually very attractive on first glance and intriguingly bizarre on closer examination. Katy Brent's unusual title immediately put me in mind of My Sister, the Serial Killer by Oyinkan Braithwaite which I enjoyed puzzling through in 2018. The concept was also covered in Occupied by Janet Preece in 2021.
