When I first saw the title, I became interested in the book. The main character Kitty Collins opens with how she murders men. The book does draw on some social issues to convince the reader why, such as the media's push to control women, the everyday male privilege's and of course the everyday dangers women have to face, such as when walking home at night. There's a few nuggets of humour which make this thriller all the more intriguing.
