I completely judged a book by its cover on this one and picked it up just because if it’s title. I’m so very glad that I did too.

The story follows the main character who, kills men and gets away with it! It’s an easy read, and I sailed through it in a day or so of intermittent reading.

The characters are easy to learn about, although I did sometimes feel it would be nice to learn more about them, and some scenes felt rushed. In particular some of the murder scenes. It felt like it was over with before she’d even begun.

The plot does keep you guessing at times and makes you want to read on, like what’s happened in her childhood to make her this way, and who is the mysterious stalker? Which even at my best guess I was still miles out from the grand reveal.

This isn’t an author I’ve read before, but I think I’ll be keeping an eye out for more on the shelves.

I can not say it’s my favourite read, and I can not look at knives without thinking of one particular chapter now so be ready to feel your stomach turn, but it is definitely worth a read!
