I’d recently read “How to Kill your Family” by Bella Mackie and I enjoyed that. “How to Kill Men And Get Away With It” has a similar premise, but holds its own and rightly so. The story flows easily and whilst the characters are slightly unbelievable/exaggerated, I think it works. I was hooked reading page after page and I didn’t guess the plot twist at all. There were moments where it was a bit unbelievable, but at the same time I think that’s what we all look for in a good story: somewhere to get lost and that isn’t our own reality. I think it’s a genre that’s having its moment and I’m here for it. I look forward to what Katy Brent writes next as her writing style was something I appreciated. Very laidback and modern making for easy reading and like some authors who insert words for the sake of it, I didn’t feel that at all during this book. I definitely recommend this book
