A group of friends meet on an island for the memorial service of Lissie, a friend since university. She, an expert swimmer, is presumed dead in a swimming accident. Questions are bound, the body was sighted but not recovered – was it really her?. Their host Is Lissie’s second husband and there seems to be some question mark about the death of her first. Clearly there are even more complex relationships to be delineated. I found myself quite interested in these characters and was not surprised when one goes back to her room to find the rather cliched lipstick message “It’s your fault bitch” on the mirror. The blurb gives the game away that there might very well be more deaths….and is the title a red herring? Bring it on! An Agatha Christie mystery but with more sex…Yes please
