I’m on my way to becoming a thriller addict and this has definitely sped up the process! The cover is absolutely beautiful and was what initially drew me to the book. I think it sets the scene for the book and matches the aesthetic perfectly.

The writing of the book is so precessional; it keeps you guessing along the way, trusting one character and then doubting them the next. You question everyone and everything and i loved that! There were a few plot twists, some i guessed and others completely unexpected. I also loved the different POVs as it kept it more interesting and showed different perspectives to change your thought process. I like how there is a funny side to this book with comedy aspects as it keeps the book a little more light and shows the variety this book has. Lastly, i thought the description in this book was amazing. You are able to envision the scenes in your head whilst still leaving your imagination to play a part.

However, i did think parts of this book were unnecessary and just didn’t need to be included. They could confuse readers especially when they don’t relate to the plot explicitly.

I think it was a well-written thriller, creating attachments to characters well and the plot incredible. It definitely would suit thriller beginners well too as it is not too creepy to scare them away. Overall, a well-done thriller!
